I made it not long ago for the first time. I did mine in the oven. Lots of recipes on the internet. It was sooooo moist! Give it a try! You'll love it!

It looks like the chooks had a good time, too, being full of beer.
I MUST try that, but I'll have to drive some distance for the beer. I live in a dry county, surrounded by dry counties.
