I just remembered a horrible cheer I learned somewhere during my schooling:
Re- re- gurgitate.
Vomit, Vomit what you ate.
V - O - M, M - I - T
Vomit, vomit, (followed by a noise typically heard when vomiting)
I'm SO sorry, Cyndi! I hope that didn't gross you out.

No, the mouse is not one of the latest ones, I've been using him for a while. I actually borrowed him from Dave, but I think he got it from Rosemary(?) i picked up about ten new ones. Too bad I couldn't make this one
into an avatar, but wouldn't reduce any further.

Dutch Soup = Beef and Vegetable soup, the way my Mum and the Dutch make it... except mine doesn't taste nearly as nice as Mum's, or my uncle (dec) in Holland, or Mum's cousin (dec)..

You know, Rola, I've been wondering if one of the meds in particular is doing it. I'm sure it's the one that gets my head to spinning.
It seems to be gone for now, but I just took the second dose a whie ago. I'll be fine after I get some sleep.

Cyndi, Mayo Clinic has a great site for meds (names, what they're for and side effects, etc.).

hmm nothing like a nice bowl of soup.. when younger and at home, mum would always have soup on the stove. Would have it before I went to bed.

Let's see if I like this better.
Becky, I've checked the Keppra, but tge majority of the meds I take can cause nausea and/or vomiting so it's hard to tell.

That's the way my mom cooked, Rola. No recipe, just did it. Once I made the mistake of asking her how long to cook something. You know the answer. 'Til it's done.'

The reason I suggested the site it that my SIL has Crohn's and takes 40 pills a day. Hopefully after her hip surgery the number will go down.

Becky, thanks for letting us know that the Mayo Clinic site has meds information. I didn't know that!
Rola - wow - I never thought of having soup before bed, but it seems like a good idea! It's light and warm and maybe helps invite the sandman. You're right, Ruby, a good memory to have - and to share.
By the way, does anyone ever have the Comments box totally disappear? It happened to me, and I actually had to quit and restart to get it back.

Wow, Becky! I knew Crohn's Disease was awful, but 40 pills a day? I don't think my husband takes that many for anti-rejection and fighting the side-effect of the anti-rejection meds.

Cyndi, if you think your medicine is making you sick, you need to contact your doctor. I know it's late on Friday night (when everyone gets sick), but you can call his service.

Mum would make (thin) Porrige for desserts. I learn't how to make that too when younger. mum would be at work when I got home from School, Diiner would be ready for me to put on and start cooking. and I would make the porrige.
Sometimes on a Sunday Night I would just have Porrige for Dinner.

Julie, some of the pills are for hip pain, anti-inflamatories and mood-knockers to fight her depression caused by the anti-inflamatories. We're hoping that all these will go away once the surgery and recovery phase is over.

Is porridge like oatmeal? I remember the children's poem:
Pease porridge hot, pease porridge cold . . .
or is it 'peas'?
