Pumpkin Soup Becky. Friday Nights here in this household during the colder months is Soup Night. I get fed up by the end of the week with 'What to have for dinner' decided a Big Pot of Soup, and they can help themselves to as many bowls as they like.

We had bean burritos made from scratch. But, have a craving for vegetable soup.
