Hi, Heidi! It doesn't appear that you were alone for long.
I wish I had seen the aurora borealis, too. I'm further north than you - but was busy reading the end of SA7.

Heidi, that was an impressive TOPP! You certainly are making up for the lack of them in SA7!

And now, I have 26 pages to read.
That's it for me folks. We got back LATE last night. It's nearly midnight, and we have an early morning, as we both have acupuncture appointments.
Good Night, Everyone!

I realized I better bring my chair over from SA7 before it's too late. And now, I truly must say a final good night.

Hi SA8.
Muggy here again. Have some breeze now which is good.
Nothing exciting happening here, grocery day a day earlier.
I am going to the docs tomorrow morning about my knee, again.
I can barely put any weight on the left leg now.
Making it very difficult to walk.
In the last week it has gone like this, I do not know what I have done to it but am hoping to get an MRI to see.

Haven't been on here all day today. As I just said on easy, I have been painting like a mad woman trying to get this room 'finished' before I leave in the morning. I doubt it, especially whilst sitting here! Have put the first coat on most of the woodwork and have cut-in the feature wall. Hubby has rolled one coat but we know better than to make a judgment call on it till the second coat goes on.
Well, this isn't getting it done!
Bye, might catch you later tonight.
If not, be good while I am away, or at least, be good at it!

Hi Gail
Yes it has been a pain.
Ongoing for the last 3 years but they say I am too young for a knee replacement.
Are you having much rain? I hope so.

Enough for hubby to comment on the ground being wet this morning! It has been raining lightly on and off today. It has been enough for some of the volunteers at the fire fronts to be sent home today...YAY!
Ok, really not here now.

Gail, safe travels. Hope the painting gets finished. If not it will wait till you get back.
Viv, hope they sort out the knee problem. My son (mid forties) just had his knee treatred with some radio isotope because he kept getting a build up of 'gravel' behind the knee cap.(Result of baseball injury)

Good morning all. Bright but chilly here today after an awful night of wind and rain.
Pleased to hear that you have had some rain Gail, hope it is enough to make things a little safer fire wise.

Hi Girls. Thanks for the good wishes re the knee.
The cartilage has worn away and a couple of other problems with it. Will see what doc says tomorrow. We had a thunderstorm and a half here a bit earlier. I had to shut down computer.

Maen Sudokuland! the sun is shining, it is not as cold this morning, I have coffee, gonna be a good day!
Temp is 36 ( 2C) headed for 60 (15.5 C) still a bit chilly for the 'average' March temp, but expected warmer each day till the weekend. I can go for that.
Coffee is on, Join me for a cup.

Broni, hope your mouth is better tomorrow, after the pain meds let you have a good nights sleep.
Viv, sorry to hear the knee is acting up badly for you. Hope the doc can offer some solutions. Be sure to let us know, cause all of us with CRAFTS are apt to forget to ask you!
Hello Julie, good to see you back, how were the grandies?
Brenda, did the rain and wind keep you awake last night? No damage I hope.
Gail, so happy to hear you got some rain, I hope it was enough to help those fighting the fires. Have a safe trip. That gentle rain is the kind you need, I was reading that a downpour would set about mudslides and flash floods in the fire damaged areas, as the ground was so very dry it could not absorb water quickly.

Wind and rain wasn't bad enough to cause problems, I was out in the car last night and could feel the wind on the side of the car but wasn't dangerous.
I had been invited to a 'Virgin Vie' party. Me going to a make-up party.. hardly ever use the stuff but it was an evening out

Good morning all! Chilly here this morning, 4F. Spent all day yesterday with Meghan. First thing in the morning she had her 4 wisdom teeth removed. She took a long time in recovery though because they had to give her extra anesthesia. I had the hardest time trying to figure out what she could eat. It had to be soft and cold. One can only eat so much yogurt.
