recipes ... where can I find them

My life is upside down... went from Australia to Canada .. went away from sudoku for quite few months .. got new computers....  I survive all  those

BUT loosing my prefered recipes!!!!!!

I 'lll go nuts without them.

 PPPPPllleeeaasse HELP!
