Stevenage at present June is dry and around 19C but is dull. Temperature is pleasant sleeveless tshirt weather. Forecast isn't good though looks like we are going to have more rain

Yes but we are at the start of summer not in winter Rolanda. I'm hoping that the weather will improve soon as my brother and his family are arriving in England next week from Canada. Having said that see what Rena has said they aren't having very good weather either

Hi June! Your dinner sounded yummy. Our Friday night dinners are almost always something frozen heated up.

Left over from tonights dinner will will do for another meal. Makes things easier only cooking for two.

Gail had some Nasi Goring at her party which was very nice so have just been looking up a recipe. Found one in an Asian cookbook but may need a few things before I try and make it.

Cooking for 4, with 2 BIG eaters (hubby and d1) we rarely get to have dinner more than once, unless I make meatloaf, when I deliberately make 2 loaves and defend the 2nd one with a meat cleaver
