I have a solution to the 'comfy chair' issue as well !!!
and it's not banning comfy chairs, by moving to to the top of the building.
BTW the view from the top is lovely !!!

Hi, Kathy! Thank you for the lovely pot of Maryland crab soup! I would love to send you a bushel of crabs, but they're not running here just yet. My husband and I normally catch two or three dozen at the village pier every time we sink our pots. They say it's because we haven't had enough rain. So in the meantime, I shall just enjoy your lovely soup!

Hi Kathy,

Thanks for the MBCrabs! They were delicious! Haven't had them in a few years. Must get down that way sometime. We are usually around the end of the Elk River with a great view of the Turkey Point lighthouse.

Kathy, thank you for the crab soup. Crab is one of my favorites. Think I'll eat it with some homemade bread. Brought you a platter of Baby Swiss cheese and Trail bologna from Holmes Co.

Hello Kathy ,yes it is very difficult to live in such conditions , i would say we are used now , but this is something you cannot be used to . The fights which are going on in the north is far from me , but it affects us in every way , since there are many Palestinien camps in Lebanon 14 i think , and may be there are terrorists may be hiding there , the danger of opening new fights in other parts is possible '' i pray not '' and many people ''Lebanese and Palestiniens are working to prevent it .As for the explosions , there was 5 till now in Beirut since the fights started in Tripoli , I think to ease the pressure on them there , because the Army is determined to catch or kill the terrorists . We go out when it is nessacary , to do our shopping ,no Restaurants or movies , some people do , my sons , one goes every morning to work , and the other to the university , but we try to convince them to stay home after that ,which is difficult some times with the youngest .Many people were coming this month from aboard ,canceled their reservations, i don't about my son who is comimg on August ,we will wait and see .I pray it will be better by then .Thank you for asking anyway , every one is wonderful .

Thanks Kathy, I've been dying to try your cream of crab soup for ages. It's just coming to a gentle simmer as we speak. Should go well with bubbly, but then I've yet to try anything that doesn't! I haven't really got a specialty but can I tempt you with something off the nibblies platter?

KATHY, did not leave my chair in the door over at Ruby's, I am sure I took it back to the SA meeting room! Now it is one thing for someone to borrow my chair in the meeting room but to be driving it all around sudukoland and leaving it unattended?? UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR! That Chair is too young to be out on it's own!!

DEAD MOUSE? How did the church mouse get into my chair? Linda said she burried Jerry in a trash can.

I will try to keep my chair in the meeting room, and it will have a MOUSE TRAP in it, so beware!!

Hi Kathy. Chenonceau Castle is beautiful & was one of my favourites in the Loire Valley - pity you didn't see it on a nicer day. We did go inside & I thought it was fascinating & really lovely. There is so much history there.

Hi, Kathy!
Thanks for the freshly baked homemade bread! It IS good with MizTricia's apple butter isn't it? I think the only thing possibly better than freshly baked homemade bread is the smell of it cooking. Thanks for your visit!
I'm leaving some recordings of our daughters playing music for you to listen to the next time you bake.

Hi Kathy, Damper is bushman's bread: initially it was just flour & water (& salt if he/she had any) mixed together & cooked in the ashes of the fire. Now adays there are fancy recipes, but the modern basic recipe is self raising flour, salt & milk, mixed & cooked on a griddle over the fire if you're camping or on a baking tray in the oven. So it's nothing fancy. my son used to love making it even if we weren't camping!
