Thanks for stopping by, Mama! I haven't really had a chance to catch up with anyone it seems since the big crash. I'm glad that Sully is all better. Angelique is getting so big, what a cutie pie! Are you going to France/England? I've missed all of the news. Take care! Here are some flowers to brighten your day! Stay warm!

Hi Mama - Thanks for stopping by. Your new granddaughter is so beautiful. I had to show her to my husband the other day. He agreed that she is a beautiful baby! I see you are preparing for a big trip. I hope it is a safe one and that you have lots of fun!

Hi, Mamacita, thanks for looking at my pictures. Don't worry, I'll never give up on my son. I only have 2 children and they and their families are my life. I'm here when he needs me and I've told him that. I just pray for a miracle. I hesitated to share my distress on this site but I've got some lovely support from some lovely people. It's heartening to know that people do care. Thanks again. BTW - I left a message on easy to say that I managed to get that widget.

Hi Mamacita, thank you so much for your kind message and the hug (I needed that). It really has helped a lot to have shared a little of my grief with the lovely people on this site. As MizTricia said, she has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, to a lovely place.

Oh Mamacita, I am so awed by that ballet performance. Despite the handicaps the performance was so moving. I still feel a choke in my throat just writing about it. Thank you.

Hi Mamacita, so glad you paid me a visit. I'm just home from visiting the delightful Jasmine (and her parents!) I feel so blessed to have loving and warm relationships with my children and grandchildren. Not sure if I'll ever get to the east coast of USA, but you never know. I'll certainly let you know if it happens.

I quite enjoyed the jazz Ouima, thank you. I actually minimized your page and listened while I was working on some email messages. It was like having a great radio station on! Cheers, and my best to you and Sully. And oh yes, I almost forgot, but are you starting to get excited about Europe?

Thanks for the great jazz ensemble. Love that song - have it by Wes Montgomery & others. I feel sorry for the citizenery of Pennsylvania and what they will have to endure in political advertisements for the next 6 weeks. Good thing that you will be able to get away from some of it.

Just think if all the money spent on getting elected to office could be spent on solving the country's problems -from health research to filling pot holes. Just a thought!

Mamacita, put your cursor on the green button but don't click until it says "Press the green button Quick". You don't have much time so be ready. There is one more question to this level and no password. the next level is the last one. If you need any more help, just ask. Good luck.
I hope you have a wonderful and safe trip.

Thanks for the welcome! Whew! Go Green! I live very near Ann Arbor, so I see a lot of Blue & Maize. I'm used to it?
There is a special place in my heart for people who take care of others. A niece moved back to Michigan from a good job in California to take care of my in-laws until they both passed away about year later. We are forever grateful to her. She is now married & has a 3 year old & a 6 month old. Loved your baby gallery!
I had a great time meeting Debby from Michigan. She had very nice things to say about you!

Hello Mamacita - a very belated visit and thank you for your best wishes and your lovely comments about my photos.
I never seem to find enough time to visit these days with my daughter and grandson staying with me but they have gone out for a drive so I'm making the most of the time I have by myself to visit people's pages.
I hope you and Sully are keeping in the best possible health.

Oh, Mamacita, the anger for the horrible experience your loved ones and anger for the helplessness of not being there to save them with whatever powers we have. I feel the frustration and anger for the authority that wasn't there for your darling granddaughter and great grandee. I pray that we'll still be able to make a better world for them. My hugs and wishes go to you and your family.

Oh, Mamacita what a horrible, horrendous thing to happen. Are the girls really okay? Where can they stay? I'm sorry--too many questions that are really none of my business. I know you are strong enough to handle this as soon as the "newness" wears off. Your faith is tremendous and will carry you as long as you know that neither "girl" was injured physically.
You take all the time and space you need to vent--that's what this comment section is really for (or should be, but that's just me talking).
If there were something else I could do, I would, but I can keep you and those two beautiful girls in my prayers and hope the perpetrator is caught, if only for peace of mind. I'll also pray that he can be redirected to the proper way to treat others that share this wonderful world with him.
I know, maybe he should be sentenced to reading every comment made on this site from Day 1, so he will realize that there is a whole wide world of people who are good and loving people and he, too, could be one with a little effort in the right direction!
Cyberhugs to all of you.

Mamacita, prayers and love from me. We have to believe that every one is made in the image of God. We say that they have Buddha Nature. It makes me feel sick in the stomach to hear stories of violence and greed. And I become even sadder when I think that these people are looking for their happiness in such a distorted way. We are all surrounding you and your family with love while you get through the shock and relief that your family is alive and safe.

Hi Mamacita
I am so sorry that your grand and great grand had to go through such a horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! From my own experience, though nowhere near as scary, time is the great healer. My wish for you is that the time to heal is short!! Many thoughts and wishes going your way and to your grand!

My thoughts are with you and your loving family at this time. Vent all you like, as I have been there and can totally understand where you are at, at this moment. It will be hard to try and forget, and move ahead, but in time, it will get easier.
I'm here with open arms for you.

Mamacita, What a terrifying experience for your grandaughter! I know how helpless you must feel.
Locks can be changed, cards replaced, but the insecure, unsafe feeling remains. The old adage, "time heals" is true, but in the meeantime, we are all here for you. Your grands (and great-grand) are so fortunate to have your love and support.

Mamaciata - you had a right to vent - hope it helped you. The most important thing is that your grands are physically OK. I'm sure your grand-daughter will have a deeper impression of the happenings than your great-grand (thank goodness for youth).

I hope she has reported the events to the police and gave them all the information she could including a description of her attacker. I hope she gets her locks changed as soon as she returns home. She needs to call ALL of her Credit Card companies, her Bank and DMV immediately.

When my Credit Cards & DL were stolen - I insisted on having a new DL # issued - because it had been used as identity in obtaining funds on the credit cards - a criminal act. They normally do not provide you with a new DL#. My credit card accounts were closed and new accounts set up. [Between my CCs & Mary's CCs (a co-worker whose licence and cards stolen at the same time) over $30K plus a car & u-haul rental - neither returned were charged on our 4 cards.] Since we worked for the Bank and theft was from our offices - Bank Security & Fraud Dept gave us information on what transpired on the cards and kept us up on their investigation. I doubt if there would have been much of an investigation if we had not been employees - it probably would have just been written off & people who have credit cards pay for it in their fees & interest rates.

Your grand-daughter may want to take a self-defense course. Considering the situation she was in with an infant - and a gun at her head - she did the right thing. Now to get the police to look for and find the culprit. While it may only be $20 - it is ARMED robbery - a felony. This guy needs to be taken off the streets - permatently - to endanger a baby. She may feel funny pressing the police on it, but there are others out there that he will do the same thing to - whatever his reasons.

Before I go to bed tonight I just had to stop by your page & tell you how sorry I am about what happened to your granddaughter. It must have been a terrifying experience for her, hence for you, too. We know how we mothers (& grand & great-grand, too, I'm sure) take our children's & grandies' feelings into our own hearts. However, due to your very loving & forgiving nature I think you will eventually find some way to better understand & deal with your anger & fears. Peace be with you.

Mama, I just read what happened to your granddaughter. Thanks God she & your great grand are alright. What a horrible experience, for her and the rest of our family. Good to hear she has changed the locks and reported her cards missing. I know the inconvenience of loosing cards and the hassle of replacing them. The good of this is your grand & great grand are still with you, may God keep protecting them.
