Had to come visit you to tell you of my still at home child originally she was my son's cat which he got on his fourteenth birthday. Four years later Uncle Sam would not let him take her to boot camp although I would have been fine with that! Five years later she's still with us. We're stuck with the old girl!

You are soooo right! I just tolerate shosho because she feeds me in the morning and her hubby during the day. I rule the roost although it's rather rude of them to put the bird cages so high up out of my reach! Meooooowwwwww! You must tell them to lower the cages, purrrrrr.

Hi Vici -- glad to hear conditions are somewhat better in your area. We haven't been home for the past 5 days, so aren't sure how things are at home. Hopefully the smoke will have cleared, although I understand thunderstorms are expected - so we may have a whole new set of problems! We're going home tomorrow. We're exhausted from babysitting two small children, but we sure had fun.

Hi, Vici! Well, it looks like we have a potential doubles match! Kathy (Valrico) and Kate (Sydney) are also tennis players. Wouldn't it be a riot if we could all get together and play??? Hmmmmmmmmmm, we'll have to work on it! Love your pictures, especially the one of your very talented daughter and, of course, Panda! For some reason I don't have a picture of my kitty on my page. I'll have to rectify that. I took lots of pictures of her when we got her, but my camera was not very good, so I didn't keep the pictures. Now that I have a new digital, I'll have to try again! Vici, much less smoke here too, though we did have a couple of bad days a few days ago. It's been high 70s low 80s lately and back to being chilly over night. Very tolerable weather. I'm not right on the coast, but about 15 miles inland as the crow flies. We do enjoy some marine influence that moderates our temperature.

I am a little embarrassed to say that we have 5 cats at the moment! Scrap is the oldest and probably wont be around for too much longer, but then, I have been saying that for the last 18 months! There is a picture of him with his daughter Judy, sister of Punch.

Vici, I sure did check out the kitty treadmill video. What a hoot!
When Nibbles first came to us she was a mighty inquisitive little madam. She was all over our treadmill, sniffing it from one end to the other. I attempted to try and get her walking on it, but as soon as we turned it on, she'd hightail it out of there! No fun at all!

Just felt I had the right to Wheeeee on my own page!
