Oh dear anniversary celebration, plus England beating Scotland in the rugby - champagne followed by roast lamb, potatoes, parsnips, carrots, washed down with a good red, and only stepped 7161. Best get back on the straight and narrow tomorrow before monday weigh in.

a) I took a good pair of trousers to be altered to new hip measurement, and
b) we are off to Spain next week in the camper and that will be a test.
One good point - I haven't smoked since New Years Eve

Beautiful photo with snow - I love snow , but there is none here . I am glad you had a great time in Spain . I was in Italy at the carnivals in Venice and Viareggio . Was really great . I added some photos on Flickr.
