Oh pity the wrath,
From the great mighty Gath,
Directed at Internet hosts.
He's worked day and night,
So all would be right,
And people would not just see ghosts.

I'm sure he's not done,
But like everyone,
I'll visit the site when I can.
Because it's a shame,
When we can't play the game,
I am a Sudokuland fan!

After seeing all the comments today, I couldn't resist creating this little ditty....

The Auusies had a party,
On this Sudoku site.
Exchanging comments smartly.
Till wee hours of night.

Then Europe joined the action,
And brought their jugs of wine.
It was quite an attraction,
They all seemed to feel fine.

The Western folks joined in as well,
To have some added fun.
The comments certainly did swell,
And the day had just begun.

Some wonder why folks come here,
To this particular site.
It's simply to enjoy the cheer
That goes on day and night.

So if this is your first time,
To venture to this space.
Enjoy this silly litle rhyme
And welcome to this place.

We have a special mentor,
Gath is his name my friends.
He started this nice venture,
To help his ways meet ends.

But when he started making,
These special little games.
People did start in partaking,
And even shared their names.

I'm running out of thoughts here,
Don't know what else to say.
I just wanted to spread some cheer,
And now I'm going to play.... SUDOKU

when I tried to put pictures in my text area they come out as a frame with little red crosses. Your pictures on your site are only crosses on my computer. Why is this?

'Widget' is just a general term for something you can embed in your page. Eg: The YouTube player is a 'widget'. There is also a sudoku widget provided by this site:

making sure comments work

Hello from Florida USA!
I have noticed that when I first come to the sudoku site and have a new message, a box pops up and asks me if I would like to see it.
Instead of sending me to the proper page, however, it always sends me to page 1 of my personal page. I wish you could make it so that it sends me to the page where the comment is actually posted. That can either be the last page of comments on the member's personal page, or the comments section of individual photos in the member's photo gallery.
I realize the link you provide in the email sends the member to the proper comments page if the comment is posted on an individual photo page. I think adding in the subroutine which allows the member to see their newly posted comment on sudoku gaming pages (easy, medium, etc) to the pop-up box might do the trick.
It is coming up on three years I have been coming to this site, and I think you have done a great job. I hope you are still drinking up all the profits!
