Rola, that's a lot of people. I don't think I could do it.

Hubby will be on the BBQ duties. cooking up sausages, steak and chicken..
I and my 'helpers', will be making the salads, making the sweets - Trifle, Fruit Salad.
Have ordered the Birthday Cake.

I'm still here Ruby, just catching up on the easy posts I've missed over the weekend.

Have done parties for 40 people Rena, but not 80 at my house !! will be doing just simple salads - Coleslaw, Potato, Lettuce Tomato Capsicum Cucumber type Salad, maybe Rice Salad.. just have to make huge quantites !!!!
MIL and a couple of friends are helping out..

sponge cake with custard/cream filling type cake. quite nice and it does not have too much cream in it. Nicely decorated. with have 'Happy 21st Birthday' on it.
Bought 21 candles the other day to put on the cake.

It's nice to have help with everything.

Have bought, Plastic Plates, and bowls, Plastic Tablecloths - all in Blue and Black.
Borrowing Tables, an extra BBQ (from the neighbour, lots of Eskys, to put the drinks in and keep cold with ice
Hiring Cutlery, Glasses, Chairs, Plastic Windbreak for down 1 side of the Patio.
Order Helium Balloons in Blue and Black

Ruby, positive thoughts!! It is NOT going to RAIN !!..
we will manage. have large Lounge, and Family Rooms. lots of standing room.. hehe.
and the young ones will go outside under the Patio anyway. and listen to the orrible music that is being planned !!

Just a quick pop in to see if anyone is about. I'll take a look at some puzzles for a bit, then off to a claass about 45 minutes from now.

Everyone in the US must be having a busy morning/early afternoon. Everyone in Oz must have gone to bed early or are out on the town. I'm off to get lunch.

Busy morning here today. I cooked and cooked and put things into freezer.

I now have 5 pork roasts freezing for later cooking, and packets of chicken tenders to cook. I cooked the chicken thights, deboned them and put away for 'instant' use for soups and sandwiches.

I give up!! that one line at a time is not working either.
