and it prfectly suits the present situation here..we started off on 'who am i' and waded thru green tea and hot coffee, struck by an 'e' that was unintentional, but generated some waves 'epsilon wave'when probed..yields...

Interesting perspective, bexta. I don't recall anyone getting hurt, wounded, crippled, mangled, spindled or mutilated on these pages. So, I don't see the need for safety. I ride along here without seat belt, helmet, goggles, extra padding or dance cup and have never felt threatened. Just let your imagination run amok and join in the abstract illusions common to those of us who stay up too late looking for danger where it doesn't exist.

Finally, a question that piques the interest of casual passers by, not that there is anything particularly casual about you billy, but you have demonstrated a dormancy around this page for some time. The temptation to assuage your curiosity is easily negated by reason to leave it hanging in the breeze. Perhaps the question shall draw more into a topical discussion of further interest. We'll see. Of course there is always the spoil sport who will look it up and throw damp water all over the party.

Dance Cup...a piece of male apparel worn to protect sensitive areas during particularly vicious tangos. If Antonio Banderas had been wearing one he would never have married Melanie Griffith...

Didn't necessarily say that, Mary, just that it was well stated. I especially like the Antonio reference.

Are you having a mimendous pandepus moment jeb? Mary? I'm still pondering dance cup and wondering if it is related to the butter cup in that you put it under your chin and it shines yellow. What colour does a dance cup shine? I wonder? And which of my chins do I shine it on?

I had a moment once but forgot where I put it. We've moved twice since then and have no idea where it has gotten to. It has more than likely gone the way of our jar of cocktail onions. Can't find them either.

Probably the same thing you'd do with a 40 year old jar of cocktail onions. More than that, I don't want to know.

Fascinating similies beginning to take shape here. Two items missing. One was pickled to begin with by virtue of its composition. The other, lost under circumstances probably not to be known, but could 'pickling' have been involved to one degree or another as well?

Ah ha! The old inegmatic smirk tactic! How inscrutable of you smiling to yourself. That generally creates one of two responses in a lot of people: i.e. Did I forget to zip? - or- What did I just do that I wasn't aware of doing?
Devastatingly simple yet effective.

If a zip wasn't zipped I would let you know. Discretely off cause [I wouldn't scream 'gates open' or point and giggle] nor just smile to myself. Do you know who lost the few pounds I found, they can have them back.

To all you cheeky peekers,I've been watching the views counter and you are all quite busy going about without so much as a by your leave. What is so dificult about leaving a comment, observation, point of view or a remark of distinct character? Have you ever considered that you might just have the right thing to say at the right time? Being a passive observer is never as much fun as being in the thick of things as a rightful ranconteur.

Ranconteur...one who is so busy talking, he (never a she) forgets to take showers
Perhaps Gath could design a 'catcher' so people who enter the site cannot leave without a comment? And he could put in a crap filter too, so those who leave comments of dubious content are forced to remain until the provide something of suitable quality? I'd better get out of here fast before the latter comes into force....

Does heavy thinking ruins ones life??..Perhaps yes..for all the thinkers are in such a job that never pays much cash! That may be a faulty syllogism...but then, try stop thinking, and see the change, a sea of change..:)

Hey Appy, I see your government survived til next May. As you say, as the incumbent party with lots of dosh, they can make things happen. Do you think they can win next year? Is there a lot of popular opposition?
