Yep! I keep wanting to hear that I'm not so bad off. There MUST be a bigger loser out there to laugh at.

You must be bored, Heidi! To get MOW you need a doctor's certificate. I don't know how she got one. There's always either 10+ people in the house (many of whom should be at high school) plus several of her children, rock music blaring, food cooking away on the stove, or, there's nobody home which means I have to go back again to see if she's back. Sometimes she says we didn't leave food on the Monday, so I check the records, find out it was left, and she says somebody else there must have eaten it. That's not the idea of it - voluntary cooks and deliverers, much local fundraising, govt grants etc. and there are people in greater need who we can't fit in. It makes my blood boil.

Totally agree, how are you today? When will the horses be broken in?

Hi Broni. Is anyone here a Skype expert by any chance? I'm trying to hook up with Vici and Keith. When Keith tries to contact me, or I try to contact him, we each get a "this person blocked you or has been offline for some time" message. I've been able to add Vici to my contacts, but I can't even do a test call on Skype.

Hi, Viv. Make sure you get that thyroid straightened out. I have been on thyroid medicine for 17 years. It can mess up your whole body. As long as I take my pills and get my counts checked regularly, it is no big deal. I know the signs that something is wrong and will get checked when I get really goofy.

Susan, my bags are packed and I am so ready for our road trip. I don't have a favorite place, there are so many that I love. I guess we can just drive and see where we end up.

Phew! Hubby and I are FINALLY back home from our homeowners' association annual meeting. It was 3+ hours! And guess what - the new articles, covenants, and by-laws not only didn't pass, but we're now back to square one and need to start anew next year.
