BTW did you get the photo I sent...still ahven't hunted out the others. I think it isn't a bad idea to rethink the colour but I'm wondering if the problem might be the underlying hue...needs more blue in it. I love colour but I'm no expert.

Thanks Heidi - he's going to be in a very bad mood until that PT is over. He doesn't start until he gets the stitches out in a couple of weeks. I'm concerned it's going to get in the way of our little driving vacation. Hope they can give him stuff to do on his own.

ROLANDA, sorry I missed your IM, MSN is not playing nicely with others on my puter at the moment. Besides, I was sitting with feet up in my recliner, being a good girl.

I have towels to fold today, sometimes. Hubby got them from dryer and put them on the bed for me, so I can sit and fold. Baby steps still but hope I am making some progress.

The Doctors instructions were easy to follow. Plenty of rest, take multivitamins, B complex and echinacea. I'm doing that. I'm also supposed to try to get some exercise when I'm NOT sleeping, which I do. Would you believe that I've worn through the soles of the Crocs I bought 5 months ago?? Not only are the treads gone, but they feel almost paper thin.

Hi. I have a bit of time before we start school. Things get so busy. Guides start up again today. At least all I have to do for that is get Amber there. We had a great camp on the weekend with Guides and Brownies. Three of each. I think the girls all enjoyed it. Brownies and Sparks on Fridays of course. The last two Wednesdays I have had to go to town to drive my Mom around. She has got in to the government subsidized seniors housing she was on the list for. She is so excited. In October, I will be helping out the Brownies in town. At least it is on Thursday when I am already down the hill. By November I will really need a vacation.

Rena, looks like things are progressing nicely for you, and I seem to remember you have a November vacation planned.

Vici, so pleased Mike's surgery went well and hope the full recovery goes quickly. Looks like you might have to do a lot of driving for awhile.

Rena, I have to find out when you will be in Melbourne? I hope to go down to Melbourne and meet you. I understand you must both be getting quite excited.

Vici, love your autumn colours. Our native vegetation is mainly evergreen but we have a lot of deciduous trees in our gardens so that we do get autumn colours, especially in some of the colder regions. My garden is starting to look like the photo on my page with the blossom and the clivias in flower.

If I change avatars it is not so noticable that I am talking to myself.

My pink camelia. It always has hundreds of blooms and flowers for months and months. Not to sure about my typing as I have left my glasses in the bedroom.
