MizT, I have had a BCC and an SCC cut out of my left collarbone area - just above. The scars, though well healed, show in almost every top I wear. I choose to think of them as a message to children and fair skinned people everywhere and don't try to hide them. I might be more worried if I were younger, but these ones have never bothered me. Even the one along my jawline doesn't bother me tooooo much...

I'm going to try to get a photo of the scars to send to you. It might make you worry less, I hope so anyway. I drove myself home after having at least one of the ones on my collar bone cut out. Manual transmission too!

Hello all...I've been shopping for a new chair since my other one was lost...or swipped..not sure which, and have found three that I like...I'll get them sized and pass them by King Gath, and maybe by next week, I'll once again be able to join you with a chair.... Ohhhhh,
I wonder if I could find a page where I posted before with my other chair and simply copy it and resubmit it? Any help or suggestions folks?

How've you been doing? Read that it's raining there. Finally quit here on Friday morning, now it's up to 92 F (around 33 C) with high humidity. Takes it right out of you.

Today, basically sat on my behind, talked to hubby and took a nap.
Friday, trimmed bushes and trees and weeded a small flower garden out back.
Yesterday, shopped for veggie plants, grocery and had neighbors over for dinner.

No, no rain in Melbourne unfortunately. Everywhere else in Australia though apparently!
I'm doing well, very lazy though. I keep doing loads of wash but not hanging them! I now have three baskets waiting and one load in the washer!!! I figure the hanging fairy will get to them sooner or later.

Would the kitties help? I keep telling the dog to wash the dishes or clean the house. All he does is smile at me, then takes a nap.

And how was the dinner? What was on the menu?
I am so far behind this fortnight. Because of the gathering that we had here for Broni, I didn't do my usual two-week menu or the shopping for it so it has been a bit piecemeal around here for meals, esp since hubby isn't that keen on eating.

I'm not sure about the cats helping, but if they are anything like the kids...no hope!

We had barbecued ribs, herbed broccoli, garlic and cheese biscuits, pasta salad, and fresh strawberries with whipped cream.

Those ribs sound mighty fine.
Do yours have a sauce?
What 'ribs' do you use? I have a recipe using pork ribs.

Gail I have the footy on from the MCG and its pretty murky much the same up here

They were boneless beef ribs. I parboil them first. I buy a honey barbecue sauce and thin it down with the broth from the ribs. Hubby brushes it on while they're on the grill. We then thin down another bowl of it for the table for anyone who wants more sauce.
