Mary, glad to hear that you're better. Know how it feels. I took 2 rounds of antibiotics to get rid of mine last month.

I try and steer clear of using antibiotics as much as possible. I give the body a jolly good go at throwing off the infection itself. I have to be just about to have an asthma attack before I will take them.

I had to take them. I was getting nosebleeds and my throat felt like I was swallowing glass. I hate taking pills in general.

Hi, SA5! Hello, Brenda, Suzy, Rolanda, Rena, June, MizTricia, Mamacita, Bean, Broni, Ruby, and Gail! Congrats, Brenda, on TOPP! Rolanda, THANK YOU for sharing photos of you and Peter visiting with Lynda's Peter and their "girls." All appear to be doing well. Rena, I'm sorry the Brownie camping trip had to be shortened. At least it sounds like they had fun for as long as it lasted. June, good luck with all of the sewing! I hope you realize that's it's a compliment to you when you're asked to do all of that sewing, as it means you do it well and promptly. MizT, hope all goes well with your 4 biopsies/removals! Did I miss anyone?

Hello, also, to Becky and Mary! It's good to see you here! Sounds like there's been a bit of icky/greebly tummy, colds, sinus, etc. going around. It's been either too hot or wet here to do much of anything outside.

Well I am back!
And I hate motors, exhausts and anything a man should be doing instead of me! Sure there was nothing in the contract that said I was meant to know blokey things?

BRONI, did you get it sorted out anyway? I have confidence you can do it if there is no man around! have you tried looking at it with this pittiful face and hope some passing male would come to the rescue??

Do you have photos of your boat? I would love to see, it has been forever since I have been upon the water in anything! And I always loved going out, either motor or sail. Unfortunately my hubby does not share my love for water. Lost contact with my friend who had a sail boat, when they moved to the lake to be able to sail more often. So may I tag along with you via photos?? I can imagine myself being there!!

Come and have a cuppa from the magic cyber Pot. Tea, coffee, choccie, whatever you desire! But I must find ICED tea, too hot for the above once breakfast is over!

I am off to fling food, in the cool of the morning. My kitchen gets all the afternoon sun and becomes a tad unplesant for cooking by dinner time!

Hi MizT, It seems no time since all the Americans were complaining about the cold winter and all the snow and now you are in the grip of early hot weather.
Pleased to be able to join you from your cyber pot.

Is there a pot for me too MizT?
Weather here has been hot for the last two days, 26C today, but as I have a lot of work to do I am inside in a north facing room so is nice and cool.

Broni that boat is fantastic, my DH would turn green with envy seeing that. Is the boat called Calliope or is that the make?

JUNE, just how much more do you lack on the dresses. Zippers? Oh My, they are really fitted then, not some one size fits all costume. What fabric are you using? I hope it is not slippery and slidy stuff.
