I was reading a bit of the accent talk on easy today. When we were living in LA people used to ask where 'we' were from, mistaking hubby's mild CA accent for Australian. Australian's mistook me for American, which Americans found hilarious. Now when I talk to my inlaws on the phone I'm astounded at how strong their accents seem to me! Never noticed them when I was living there.

When I was younger I used to be mistaken for English all the time, think the Aussie accent is now thicker though.

Well I am melting. I'm walking faster now, but I'm still tired by the end!

I'm going to go and keep hubby company for a while - meaning until I fall asleep...
