Good going, Cyndi! TOPP! I was calling Ruby, but she didn't answer, so I guess she had to leave.

I have either eight or nine, I'm not sure.
Yes, fortunately, no more vomiting today. But, I still think it's that one medicine.
Are you doing all right? Where in Illinois do you live?

I'm sorry, Cyndi, I keep losing comments. I am in the northeast part of Illinois - a suburb of Chicago.

MizT, if you pop in, update says no more avatars waiting. Tried all 3 one after another. Should I do them individually, at different times?

It's taking me forever to refresh, and I always have to hit it twice to get my comments as well as everbody els's. The site is acting very strange tonight tho. Maybe it's got to do with the fact that we have over 200 pages?

Actually, Cyndi, it's my sister who live 2 1/2 hours away. Do you have any Father's Day plans?
Gail, how about you? Do you have plans for Father's Day tomorrow?

Hi Gail
You should be able to submit all three avatars on the same day, even at the same time unless it tells you otherwise. It seems to me Gath gave us some instructions at one point, I just don't know where they were. He said something about not submitting more than five (I think) smiiies at a time, etc.

Hi, Becky!
Hi, Gail!
Cyndi, I agree . . . slow or MISSING comments, need to refresh often. Maybe it's time for Gath to archive?

Hi Becky, how did I miss you. Sorry.
No, Julie, no big plans. We've never made a big deal of Mothers/Fathers day, Valentines day, etc. I guess we just save the energy and sentiment for days like birthdays, anniversary, Christmas. My FIL couldn't be bothered with holidays. I don't know what Christmas was like for my husband as a child, but I'm sure his mom made up for his dad to a point. That's one of the things he liked about me ; was the way my famiy made a big deal out of a lot of things. I don't know how he turned out like he did, but he's sure nothing like his dad when it oames to things like that.
Our son and his wife may come up from Charleston so we can take them out to dinner! My SIL is coming down from Virginia, but that's to attend their aunt's funeral (she was almost 102 y/o)

We're a bit the same, Cyndi. I save all the palavar for birthdays. We even downsized Christmas a few years ago. When my youngest was about 3 she came to me with her list of demands for xmas. So thats when I made the decision. Now, its more just that we get together and have a great lunch, very little to do with pressies.
