Ruby, do you use a PC or Mac computer? With a PC, you can have several windows open - even on different sites - at the same time. My brother showed me how to do it when we were looking for air fare and hotels for our neice's wedding.

The one name that comes to mind is Deb or a variation. This person was the 'attacker' and a free member.

Ruby, it was also somewhat ironic for me. I hate when one of my comments goes through and I realize it was grammatically incorrect or had misspelled words, etc. Usually I try to proofread before submitting, but it doesn't always happen.

Mary, I don't know why he wouldn't give you the benefit of the doubt. I knew what you meant. I'm just glad my input was not attacked. I don't like that.

I have seen a few comments from Deb that were rather pointed. Also, once she had a comment that had many politically incorrect terms for a variety of nationalities and races that seemed to be rather pointed or even vicious. She doesn't seem to post as much as she once did.

Mamacita, know what you mean. My maiden name is German (7 letters, 1 vowel). I've only come across one person who could guess.

Julie, that's a different Deb. She left the site a few months ago then came back. She is from Australia. The one I'm thinking of is from the US.

Someone once lit into Wagdy for his usage and their response had a large number of errors. I started to correct them, but decided to let peace reign.

Wow, all of those consonants would be a mouthful! When I'm subbing, I come across all types of names, some of which are so unusual, I can't figure them out!

Julie, when I was younger, I'd get a little ticked when someone couldn't pronounce it right. Now I have to deal with people who cannot pronounce my married name. I just smile and nod now.

I remember the attack on Wagdy. I was shocked. How could anyone attack a person who is brave enough to post in a second - or maybe third - language. I have enough trouble with one.

I like Wagdy. From his posts he seems like a very nice man.

We have a name that sometimes gets slaughtered. The amazing thing is that it really isn't difficult, just uncommon.

I agree, Becky. I can't imagine the site without him. He has submitted so many pictures and really gets into the spirit of sharing greetings.

I had gotten to like Wagdy by then. He's such a sweet, life-affirming, cheerful fellow.

Some folks think they are experts and make a lot of noise which only proves how little they know. Others know a lot and seldom speak....but when they do , they say a lot!...

The problem I've had with names is that I've always had two first names. So half the time people call me by my last name.

Wagdy is a great represenative for Egypt...his pictures have taught many ...thats an example of my last statement! Stell, I'll be looking for a picture of her soon.

I too like Wagdy. He always makes an effort to say hello, cheer someone up, give a birthday wish! He seems very thoughtful which makes him nice.

Speaking of pictures, I finally posted a few on my page. No, none of me. I didn't want to break anyone's computer.

Thanks Stella. Bubba was my 'baby.' The stuffed animals were his favorite toys. That wasn't all of them. Can't tell he was spoiled, can you?
